Selling your business in its entirety
What is a 100% acquisition?
A full sale means that your business is sold in its entirety. This refers to a 100% acquisition of your company’s shares, also known as an exit. After the sale, you remain involved for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition. You cash in on your success as an entrepreneur, hand over your business, and thereby ensure its continuity.
Why Sell Your Business in Its Entirety
Benefits for you as a business owner
An exit is a great opportunity for you, as an entrepreneur, to realize the value of your business now and enjoy your success, while ensuring the continuity of your business.
Situations you may face as an entrepreneur
If you’re an entrepreneur and recognize any of the situations below, you might want to consider selling your business outright:
- You don't have any employees or family members whom you can involve in the business or encourage to get involved
- You have a personal need to ensure financial security
- You are no longer able to drive and accelerate the company's growth
- You can feel the scale and responsibility of the organization
- You are no longer able—or are no longer sufficiently able—to identify and pursue new revenue streams
- You're a builder looking for new adventures
- etc.
In these situations, a 100% acquisition can be an attractive solution!

Step-by-step plan for a 100% acquisition
- After an initial mutual expression of interest and a good connection, we conduct preliminary research into the growth opportunities for your business, the market, you as an entrepreneur, and the people around you.
- If the outcome of this review confirms your company’s growth prospects and your willingness as an entrepreneur to partially divest or sell, you will receive a term sheet from us containing an indicative offer. Upon acceptance of the term sheet, we will conduct a due diligence review to verify the assumptions on which the offer in the term sheet is based. If the due diligence confirms the initial assessment of your company, we will confirm our interest and negotiate the purchase agreement with you.
- After signing the purchase agreement, we will transfer the agreed-upon purchase price to you. You will then remain on board for a pre-agreed period to ensure a smooth transition.
