Riverdam acquires a majority stake in fast-growing Aexus

October 11, 2022 – Investment firm Riverdam has acquired a majority stake in Aexus, an organization that helps innovative tech and software companies grow internationally. Together with the management team, Riverdam will accelerate Aexus’s expansion. Aexus’s success is already evident: in recent years, the company has recorded an average growth rate of over 50 percent and was named an FD Gazelle in 2021. Thanks to the partnership with Riverdam, Aexus can realize its growth ambitions at an even faster pace.

Aexus’s mission is to help young companies developing interesting, promising technologies on their path to market. This support can encompass all necessary aspects, such as positioning and market-entry consulting, recruitment, direct sales, channel development, inbound marketing, and digital marketing. With seven offices and 175 employees representing 23 different nationalities, the company operates in Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Aexus has been in business for 22 years and started out as a boutique consulting firm, but has reinvented itself since 2017 by focusing on helping innovative scale-ups achieve greater success.
